It has been a busy month with my last school course (Globalization and the Media) plus work on my final thesis project (I'm finally finished my rough draft). Matt has picked up a lot of extra work here in Prince George and hired a new employee so that is keeping him hopping. Jasmine is busy negotiating everything in her life and getting so big (check out the pic of her sleeping in bed-she looks so huge now). We have enjoyed time with friends (pic of Jasmine and her good friend Amiya hugging out on our deck last week-note all the snow we have still-at least 3 feet in our backyard), and we finally had our ultrasound last week. No feeling on what gender the baby is but we know that he/she is healthy and happy in a breech position, making it difficult to get good ultrasound pics for the scrapbook. The baby weighs about 1.3 lbs now and I am 23 weeks gestation (5 months). We are all getting very curious about this little one, especially Jasmine who wakes the baby up each morning by lifting my pajama shirt and with her mouth on my belly announces "Good morning Baby, baby, I excited to see youuuuuuu. Come see me soon, okay?".
The other photos include: one of our cat Buddha enjoying the sunshine on a Sunday afternoon. (Sigh) the life of a cat... and also one of Doctor Jasmine examining her Raggedy Ann doll (note the plastic scalpel on the floor). She is REALLY into Doctors and Dentists these days. If I do anything wrong she exclaims, "That not what Dr. Richards say!" because we all know that Dr. Richards is the authority on life (Dr. Richards is the main character dentist from one of her books).
